ohhh yeahhhh~ today’s we got a few fishes, but the size is satisfactory. some are as big as palm size. perhaps i should go back and take my own fishing rod here.

masalahnya = petrol mahal! if i purposely drive back home to take fishing rod, it would cost me rm30 of petrol!

never mind la..i’ll see how this week goes. if i manage to complete everything before friday, i’ll go back.

well, i won’t call today as the worst day during my 3 years in utp. i went fishing with two of my good friends just now.(medea and lemek). we have just finished the Civil Junior program, where me and medea signed up to become facilitators.

we worked for the whole day, from 830am to 600pm. we went off to lembayung lake 15 minutes after that. nicely, i parked my car near the lake and we started to cast out angles and wait for fish to take the bait.
we got a few small tilapias, but the catch is not as good as yesterday. so we decided to "change port" to a larger lake nearby. the lake is much more deeper than the previous one. there seems to be somehow, dull. no fish come near our angles and they don’t even bother to take a bite of our bait.
    sigh..
suddenly, medea got his catch. jz a small tilapia of ciggie pak size, but i’m sure this pond can offer better than the previous one.never mind. we go on. then lemek got his. a bigger one, but i’m still unsatisfied.
    holy shit~
mede landed another tilapia. the largest among our catches for these few days. the time is 7.20pm and the sun starts to fall. (have a nice view of the sunset!!) time to go home.
everything starts to go wrong. i’ve forgotten that the portion of the land in front of my car is muddy. front tyre is stuck in the mud and we started to dig. (level the soil so that tyre can reach the soil) the tyre goes even deeper. what made i feel hot as if i’m being barbequed is that the front  right side tyre is not stuck. only left side. no "balance" of tyre rotation and i can’t reverse out.
forget it.i don’t want to dig further. i called libau to ask for help.(thank you and i do appreciate it) we asked for help from security guards and they seems to be reluctant to help. they got the truck and the steel reinforced cables, but they claim that they don’t know how to use it.
at last, a "mak gad" in the security office called her brother in law which has a towman friend. we got no choice.the car has to be pulled up before tomorrow. we waited nearby the gate for the tow truck to reach.
first try, using reverse gear, fail. the second try, using 1st gear, 5 fellas pushing the car, and at last it’s free! sighing a breath of relieve. it’s time to go home.we are late.

THINGS YOU NEVER KNEW YOUR CELLPHONE COULD DO ..

There are a few things that can be done in times of grave emergencies.
Your mobile phone can actually be a life saver or an emergency tool for survival. Check out the things that you can do with it: -

1.  EMERGENCY
The Emergency Number worldwide for **Mobile** is 112.* If you find yourself out of coverage area of your mobile network and there is an emergency, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly this number 112 can be dialed even if the keypad is locked. **Try it out.**

2. Have you locked your keys in the car? Does you car have remote keys?*
This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone:
If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call
Someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone.

Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away, and if you can reach someone who has the other "remote" for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).
Editor’s Note: *It works fine! We tried it out and it unlocked our car
over a cell phone!"*

3.  Hidden Battery power
Imagine your cell battery is very low, you are expecting an important call and you don’t have a charger. Nokia instrument comes with a reserve battery. To activate, press the keys *3370# Your cell will restart with this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery. This reserve will get charged when you charge your cell next time.

4. How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone?
To check your Mobile phone’s serial number, key in the following digits on your phone:
* # 0 6 #
A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. when your phone get stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will be totally useless.
You probably won’t get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can’t use/sell it either.
If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.

Please spread this useful information around

well, land in tronoh is practically useless.no crops, no cattles, only ghosts would like to roam freely here.no one would want to buy land here. government..plz..give more land to UTP(Universiti Ternak Pakgad) to build more parking space. tar that is used to build road in UTP is produced by one of petronas’ branch-company, so there wont be any fuss that tar is not available at a cheap price.

what else is needed to build parking lots?well, we dont need those nice landscaping. ya! i can recommend one good company at tg tualang that will do moderate landscaping (not as "grand" as NV5’s middle landscape)

erm..we might need those humps to build road divider. It’s not that expensive too. shouldn’t be a problem for petronas to allocate fund to buy it.there are a lot of CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY students around. maybe it can be a good practical lab session for them!

p/s : i took concrete technology last sem!

WE ARE READY TO BUILD PARKING LOTS! perhaps petronas might do "kerahan tenaga" (i don’t know the word in english.someone plz tell me) and ask those pak gads to construct the parking lots. we as students will feel most grateful to them!

yeeehhhaaaaaaa~ i’m at home. really..home sweet home..my bros from kl and kuala pilah are back.somehow it seems like a family reunion!!

    alamak..ngantok plak!

    tido2!

|| should I go back home this weekend?

Wednesday, August 2nd, 2006

ermm..life’s normal here in UTP.(Universiti Ternak Pakgad) Those guards are busy collecting summons from students. after the account of summons is closed, they will be able to do a garden-style party to challenge siti nurhaliza’s garden wedding reception!
thank god there’s still a nice mak guard around. because of her help, my car sticker application is smoother and faster. tomorrow i will go back to security dept to get my new car sticker.
assignments and projects start to pile up, but mood to study is yet to come. schedule of classes are still subject to change. sigh~ every day is a "8am" day!!
after a few meetings,(each session is long enough until my butt aches) finally my dept is able to draft the planning and activities for UCITY family day. this time, it’s quite different as we chose a venue far away from UTP in Teluk Batik. promotions will be started from today onwards. join #civilpower or #ucity for more info.
i have to repair my bro’s laptop at home this weekend. i’m still thinking whether should or shouldn’t go back this weekend. but i miss my sister very much!!! hahaha she knew how to call my name already! i’ll see how things go later.
yesterday i went to ipoh to fetch my bro from medan gopeng. Acer’s service center in ipoh is closed. no more, they say. nearest is KL. holy cow~
    tido2!!
